Close on the heels of the brutal custodial deaths case in Tamil Nadu, another gruesome incident of alleged police brutality has surfaced in the northern state of Uttarakhand.

Three Uttarakhand police personnel have now been accused of pushing a vehicle key into the forehead of a man who was caught riding without a helmet.

The incident came to light in Rudrapur city of Udham Singh Nagar district.

In a shocking incident, CPU jawan allegedly pined bike key during night checking in uttrakhand’s Rudrapur on person’s forehead for not following traffic norms.

The man was arrested at around 8 pm on Monday for not following traffic rules. Following an argument between the police and the man, the cops stabbed the man on his forehead with a key, a report in India Today stated.
