Publicity stunt or a “social statement” – or something in between?

One very attractive Nicole Trunfio, whose job title is super model, decorated the cover of Elle Australia recently with breast-feeding baby in hand.

One shapely breast was partially covered by young Zion. Nevertheless, decades after Demi Moore pulled a PR coup with a “nude pregnant” photo shoot in Vanity, Trunfio also generated a good deal of publicity – which for a super model translates into “pennies from Heaven”.

Taking to the airwaves on Tuesday, in fact, after the initial publicity wave, she told Good Morning America that “I didn’t think it was going to be such a big deal. There’s nothing worse than, as a mother, doing something that’s so necessary like feeding your child and feeling like somebody could have an opinion about it or somebody’s looking at you the wrong way … I think it should be something that isn’t a [subscriber’s cover], it’s a huge part of being a woman and motherhood.”
