After a court order the dog of the Spanish nurse infected with Ebola will be euthanized. According to the magazine Time, the Spanish government made this decision, because the dog is considered to be dangerous for transmitting the disease to humans, despite family objections.
The nurse from Madrid is the first person infected with the virus outside West Africa.
Three more people are in quarantine on suspicion that they might have caught the virus.
