Thessaloniki flooded by 5,000 cruise passengers in three days!

Greece’s second largest city inundated with tourists

5,000 tourists will make their way to Thessalooniki over the coming three-day period. Specifically the “Voyager” cruise ship docked on the island from Kavala and allowed 440 passengers to enjoy the sights of the second largest city of Greece. Some chose to visit the museum of Pella, others headed to Vergina, whereas a third group just strolled around the port.

On Monday another two cruise ships, Europa 2 (with 500 Germans) will arrive at 7 a.. and and Costa Pacifica (with 4,000 passengers) will arrive at 8 a.m. from Volos.
