Turkey violates Greek national airspace 39 times

31 were done by the CN-235 and 8 by the UAV

The Turkish Air Force committed 39 violations of Greek airspace on Thursday.

Turkish aircraft operated in the North-East, Central, and South-East Aegean and also committed 5 infringements of air traffic rules in the Athens FIR.

Of the 39 violations, 31 were by the CN-235 and 8 by the UAV.

As reported by the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (GEETHA), the Turkish aircraft were identified and intercepted in accordance with international rules, according to standard practice.
