Two killed in freak accident involving Lamborghini and Ferrari supercars (video)

The victims in the Ferrari were identified as 67-year-old Markus Krautli and his 63-year-old wife Melissa Krautli

Two people were killed in a freak accident involving supercars near San Giovanni Suergiu in Sardinia on 2 October.

The video recording of the incident shows a motorhome flipping on its side, a Lamborghini skidding off the road, and a Ferrari Portofino M spinning out of control, flipping over, and catching fire.

The victims in the Ferrari were identified as 67-year-old Markus Krautli and his 63-year-old wife Melissa Krautli.

The accident occurred during a tour called the Sardinia Supercar Experience, which involved a group of supercars travelling around the island.

The video shows several supercars overtaking the motorhome on a two-lane road, with a blue Lamborghini Huracan narrowly avoiding an oncoming motorcycle before colliding with the Ferrari.

Miraculously, the occupants of the motorhome and the Lamborghini escaped without injury. At this time, no criminal charges have been reported for the driver of the Lamborghini involved in the crash.

Authorities have impounded both vehicles and are investigating the incident, with the video widely shared on social media serving as critical evidence.
