War in Ukraine: Zelensky considers the dismissal of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba

“There are many questions about Kuleba. In particular, there are numerous allegations regarding his relationships with embassies”

The issue of dismissing Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba from his position is being considered by Volodymyr Zelensky, according to sources from the office of the Ukrainian president cited by the Ukrainian website Strana.

The same sources report that there was consideration to transfer Kuleba to London to assume the role of Kyiv’s ambassador to Britain, but ultimately the selection of Valerii Zaluzhnyi for the position prevailed.

“There are many questions about Kuleba. In particular, there are numerous allegations regarding his relationships with embassies. The presidential office is generally dissatisfied with the Foreign Service. It is understood that with the resources available, it is impossible to achieve everything one wants, but information about the unsatisfactory situation in the embassies is coming from different sides,” the sources said.
