On Monday afternoon, a strong thunderstorm swept through the city of Trikala, while hail fell also.

At the same time, problems occurred on the Trikala – Ioannina National Road, specifically from the power substation to Mourgani, due to the heavy rainfall that hit the area.

Dirt from the construction works on the E65 spilled onto the road surface, making vehicle movement difficult, according to kalabakacity.gr.
