A light 4.4 earthquake on the Richter scale jolted the Ionian Sea on Thursday.
The tremor was recorded at 08:26 and according to the Geodynamics Institute of Athens’ Observatory, its epicentre was located in the sea region 26km southwest of the island of Zakynthos.
