A unique church with no roof

It was founded in 1,416 A.C. by some monks who managed to escape the Turkish invasion in Agios Efstratios island.

Limnos island has unique beauties and many sites to visit.

One of them is the unique chapel of Panagia Kakaviotissa. It is the only chapel in Greece and perhaps in the whole world that has no roof, but it is protected by a rock above it.
