Delphi to announce its candidacy for European Capital of Culture

It will be presented today at National Historical Museum of Athens

Delphi Municipality will present its candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2021 today November 25 at 6:00 pm at the National Historical Museum of Athens.

Journalist Clelia Charisi will be the coordinator and presenter of the event, while Mayor of Delphi will give an award to Michael Scott, Professor of Classics and Ancient History at the University of Warwick, author of two books on Delphi and presenter of documentaries about ancient Greece in BBC, National Geographic and History Channel. He is also a great supporter of Delphi candidacy.
