Eurogroup head Jeroen Dijsselbloem appeared optimistic that a list of reforms to be detailed by the Greek government will be submitted before midnight on Monday.

Speaking from Copenhagen, Dijsselbloem also stressed that all of the Greek proposals must be “quite powerful”.
