The European Commission cannot give an exact date on the institutions’ arrival at Athens, European Commission spokesperson Vanessa Mock said on Thursday.

“We are not in a position to confirm the exact date of the first evaluation,” Mock stated while adding that the Commission will inform Athens when the date is set.

Asked to comment on the draft law on social security reforms, Mock said that the plan is being thoroughly examined and the discussions with the Greek authorities will continue within the framework of the first evaluation.
