Greek farmers stated that they are determined to fight to the bitter end and remain at the roadblocks set all over Greece.

At the same time it was announced that Greek Prime Minister and delegations of Greek farmers will meet to discuss farmers’ demands on Monday noon.

“Almost all the farmers’ coordination committees have been informed and most of them have responded positively. We are expecting from the other committees to appoint their representatives,” Rural Development Minister Evangelos Apostolou said.

However, Cretan farmers have stated that they will not meet with the Prime Minister.
