“The Greek rescue operation continues”, is the title of Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung report on Greece, according to which European Commission and its president Jean-Claude Juncker are determined to keep Greece within the Eurozone.
According to the report “With Junker as president Grexit is not an option” and adds that although Brussels are upset with Athens, they find that the new Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is absolutely willing to make constructive negotiations for a new aid agreement with structural reforms.
The article also indicates that all the above will be discussed net week upon Tsipras arrival in Brussels and also stresses that the Commission has developed a contingency plan to provide money in Greece until summer.
According to Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung, the President of Commission takes situation a step further and admits that Greek criticism on Troika might not be completely groundless.
