As of Tuesday, public transport passengers can have free access to the internet in seven metro and electric train stations.

There are also plans for the gradual extension of Wi-Fi access in mid July to all Athens metro (lines 2 and 3), electric train and tramway stations.

Wi-Fi access is currently available at Syntagma, Panepistimio, Acropolis, Omonia, Piraeus, Neratziotissa and Doukissis Plakentias stations.
