“Gourmet Olive Exhibition & Delicacies” opens its door on May 20

Ιnnovative products will be introduced and renowned chefs will cook using the products exhibited

The first “Gourmet Olive Exhibition & Delicacies” will be held in Thessaloniki on May 20-22 to promote the excellence of the Greek gastronomic heritage, which is based on extra virgin olive oil.

Αpart from extra virgin olive oil, olives and delicatessen products, the exhibition will include events, workshops, seminars, olive tastings, cooking demonstrations, and public awards.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to taste and discover different varieties of olive oil and olives from all over Greece, while professional connoisseurs along with olive oil producers will lead the tastings.

Moreover, innovative products will be introduced and renowned chefs will cook using the products exhibited.
