Greece drains 2.925bln euros from Treasury bill issues

The interest rate of the six-month issue was set at 2.97%, while the three-month interest rate was set at 2.7%

Greece on Wednesday successfully auctioned three-month and a six-month Treasury bill issues raising 2.925 billion euros from the market.

According to Public Debt Management Organization the interest rate of the six-month issue was set at 2.97% unchanged from the previous auction of same issue in November, while the three-month interest rate was also unchanged at 2.7%. Both issues were 1.3 times oversubscribed.
