Greek Cup final PAOK vs. AEK to be held without fans

It is an indirect admission by the Greek state that it cannot control the hooligans

The final of the Greek Football Cup between recently crowned champions PAOK Thessaloniki and AEK Athens will be played without fans on Saturday at the OAKA Stadium.
The decision to hold the match without spectators, except for 1,500 special invitations, was reached by Alternate Minister of Sports George Vasiliadis on Monday, after consultations with law enforcement, the Greek Football Federation and the representatives of two clubs.
The decision seems like an admission on the part of the Greek state of its incompetence to control hooligans from clashing outside the stadiums.
