President of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos had a phone conversation with European Council President Donal Tusk on the critical issue of the migrant crisis, Tuesday. Tusk was in transit at the Athens International Airport ‘Eleftherios Venizelos’ when the Greek President requested he intervene to summon an extraordinary EU Summit as soon as possible. Pavlopoulos thanked the Polish politician for his telling contribution regarding the recent deal between Greece and its EU partners, which ensures Greece’s steady course within the EU and the Eurozone.
