“Awaiting discussions with the new government”, says the Head of International Monetary Fund

According to an IMF announcement, the Head of International Monetary Fund Christine Lagarde stated “We are ready to continue supporting Greece and we await discussions with the new government”.

It is worth mentioning that the Head of IMF during her interview to the French newspaper Le Monde, stressed that Greece must respect the rules of the Eurozone and can not request any kind of special treatment on its debt issue.
