Minister of State Alekos Flampouraris expressed on Tuesday his optimism that eventually there will be an agreement with the country’s European partners.

Speaking to Realfm radio, the minister said that the possibility of Germany insisting on its ultimatum is close to zero.

Underlining that he understands people’s fears, he noted that “based on conclusions drawn by the procedure during the last 20 days, a solution will be definitely found halfway between the positions of both sides, to their mutual interest.”
