The Communist Party of Greece (KKE) urged Greek people to “raise a barrier of resistance to the measures that will lead to even greater bankruptcy, on the altar of capitalist recovery.”

KKE released a statement where calls people not to show any tolerance to the new austerity measures that the third memorandum will bring.

“The government says it wants to finish quickly with the prior actions for the review in order to proceed with the negotiation on the debt and recapitalization of the banks. In reality it wants to vote for the barbaric measures of the third memorandum quickly and without popular resistance, hiding from the people that their constant slaughter is the one prior action in any negotiation that never changes,” a KKE announcement said.
