The passionate couple that was filmed in early July having sex next to a public fountain, located at the bustling Leningrad Street in the city of Samara has upset local MPs, who asked the police to track them down as soon as possible.

However, since no arrest has taken place weeks after the incident, now the officials are inviting the two lovers to turn themselves in, promising to let them off with a 20 euro fine.

The MPs believe that the reputation of Samara, the sixth largest city in Russia, has been damaged by the couple’s act.

26-year-old cameraman Aleksey Douhov, an eye-witness of the incident, said the lovers were having full on sex lying in the sun as if it was the most normal thing in the world!
