SYRIZA MP Anna Vagena compared Greek public sector with the paradise of lazy people saying: “Everyone’s dream was to be able to get a job in the public sector. And once we managed to get it, we would say ‘Ok, let’s find a second job now’. The public sector has ended up being the paradise of lazy people”.

In an interview with Stigma 97.6 radio station, Mrs. Vagena referred to the privatizations that the government is being prepared to put forward saying:

“We are not afraid of 99 years of privatizations. Greece endured 400 years of slavery during Ottoman empire. Greek people have great strength. “
