Former finance minister Yanis Varoufakis said that he will address Greek Parliament’s plenum on Wednesday where the debate on the draft law dictated by Greece’s partners are being debated by lawmakers. “Of course I will speak, who can stop me from speaking?” he said upon arrival.

Varoufakis did not respond to reporters’ questions regarding the existence of a plan B according to which the government could return to the national currency by taking 22 billion euros from the Bank of Greece to pay salaries and pensions.
