“Rembetiko Unplugged” is the title of the extensive European tour of Giorgos Dalaras, who will present a tribute to the music genre of Rembetiko, a genre which he approached through the years with consistency and knowledge.

Having himself an intimate knowledge of Rembetiko tradition, he sets out to present the best specimens of the genre to the European public. He will perform songs of Vamvakaris, Tsitsanis and other major composers such as Vangelis Papazoglou, Apostolos Kaldaras and Apostolos Chatzichristos. Aspasia Stratigou, his stage partner in the last years and debutante Athena Lampiris will accompany him, along with the singer and musician Vasilis Korakakis, son of the great folk composer Vangelis Korakakis.
