The wave of influenza continues to decline in our country, leaving fewer dead and fewer in ICUs around the country.

According to data from Center for Disease Control (ΚΕΕΛΠΝΟ), two more people passed away today due to complications experienced after they became ill with the seasonal flu, raising the total number of victims of the disease for this year, to 130.

27 patients remain in ICUs with flu-related complications.

However, according to experts, the number of new ICU admissions is diminishing continuously, something which allows them to estimate that the flu is beginning to die out, after declining significantly.
