The captain of Sewol cruise ship, which sank on Holy Wednesday off South Korea, leaving 29 people dead and 273 missing was arrested by the authorities.
Of the 475 passengers and crew members of the ship, about 340 were students and teachers at an Anshan High School.
According to information cited by Wall Street Journal, the captain was among the first to abandon the ship.
