President of Greece Karolos Papoulias had a meeting with the Secretary General of the Arab League Dr. Nabil Abdullah El-Arabi .

We have close and historic relations with the Arab world are historical, Mr Papoulias said in his addressing, while the secretary responded with equally warm words: ” “We all have Greek blood from that time that Greecer and Egypt had very close relationships. Greece mantains good relations with all Mediterranean countries and all countries are interested in maintaining these relations. Throughout the Arab world is well known that Greece is considered to be the most friendly country to the Arab world”.
