British tourists in Kenya are in panic after the British Foreign Ministry’s warning, which speaks of a great threat due to terrorist activity in the country.
According to the ministry, the main threat comes from Islamist organization Al Shabaab. British diplomats advise British citizens to not travel, unless necessary, anywhere near the border areas of Kenya and Somalia.
Travel agents cancelled all flights to the country until October, while tourists who are already there will be returning to the UK as a safety precaution.
It should be noted that the U.S., France and Australia have issued similar announcements.
