“We don’t have any dilemma. We say no to party lines and to children of party tube”, said the leader of To Potami, Stavros Theodorakis.
Mr. Theodorakis stressed that their aim is to be the third force in elections and not “a backward force, a force of violence”.
Describing the election battle as a “small final”, he said that it will be important what the third party will be.
Regarding the first round of local elections he said that the “parties behave irrationally and try to interpret the result as they want to”.
The parties, he argued, “see the tree and not the forest, a tree which is often truncated with candidates getting very low percentages comparing them to those they had gained in previous elections.”
