An earthquake occured at 15:21 p.m. in the aquatic area between Skopelos and Alonissos islands in the Sporades.

The earthquake, according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens, had a magnitude of 4.4 on the Richter scale and a focal depth of 5km.

The quake was also felt in Attica. There is no information on damages or injuries as of yet.
