Fighters of jihadist organization “Islamic State” in Iraq and Levant (IKIL) took students and workers hostage, according to a police report.

The gunmen entered the building and killed the guards, according to a high ranking official.

Ramadi’s district, 100km west of Baghdad have been in rebel hands since early January.
