French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius seems to have developed a strange habit over the years: He often closes his eyes in formal meetings and sometimes he even takes a nap.

The first time this happened was in May 2012 when, during a press conference of Francois Hollande with David Cameron the camera caught him daydreaming with his eyes closed for a few seconds.

This time, however, things were worse as the video released by an Algerian Channel shows the French Foreign Minister struggling to stay awake for a full 1.5 minute. His reaction when he wakes up is priceless.
