Golden Dawn (GD) Deputies Costas Barbaroussis and Eleni Zaroulia on Wednesday appeared before the examining magistrates investigating the GD case.
Zaroulia, according to sources, submitted a written statement denying all charges. When she appeared before the examining magistrates, she invoked her right to remain silent.
The examining magistrates accuse the deputies of being aware and approving the party’s illegal actions, such as manslaughter and attempted manslaughter, targeted attacks, arsons etc as those actions were in accordance with the party’s statute and goals.
The examining magistrates and the prosecutor of the case are expected to issue a ruling regarding the penal treatment of Zaroulia at 14.00 and of Barbaroussis at 15.00.
