In an international competition in order to transform 14 tourism properties in Boutique Hotels progresses HRADF.
The competition is in regards of the following properties:
8 selected former Xenia hotels
3 Traditional Mansions in Pelion
Two former sanatoriums, in Arcadia and Rhodes
A historic property in Rhodes – The de Vecchi Villa
According to an announcement, these properties can be utilized individually or in combination, forming geographically diversified portfolios of property suitable for development of tourism and recreational uses.
Moreover, according to HRADF expected to implement additional investments will contribute to the upgrading of the country’s tourism product by developing luxury hotels.
The competition is expected to be completed during 2014.
