The bill for the “small PPC” which was passed amid controversy in the first part of the Parliaments Summer period has been published in the Governments Official Gazette of from the First Part of the Summer House.

The immediate publication of the Bill in the Gazette is a symbolic gesture by which the government wants to stop the rumors about the delay due to the noise-as they call it -that government officials of the main opposition created on the request to convene the House of Assembly to decide referral for PPC referendum.
