Agony prevails in Samothraki, where two 24 year old women are missing since Tuesday.

The two women, while on vacation in the island, went hiking yesterday afternoon in the area of Ano Meria along with a few more friends of theirs.

Late in the evening another Spanish friend of theirs immediately informed the Police authorities that she has been trying to communicate with the girls but they are not answering their phones .

The police authorities are searching inch by inch over the island to find the two women.

Naturally, the suspense intensifies as the time passes and the two girls have not been found yet.

Everyone hopes that they will soon be found  and a happy end will be given to their adventure.
