The expansion of the Nikki Beach Hotel and Resorts chain will continue in Greece and open on August 1, 2014 on the bay of the cosmopolitan Porto Heli, known as the Greek Riviera. It is about two hour drive from Greece’s capital city, Athens.

According to an announcement released by the club “The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto Heli was converted following the vision of Jack Penrod, founder and owner of Nikki Beach Worldwide. It will be a unique Beach Club location integrated with high-end lifestyle hotel services, offering 66 luxurious rooms and suites and a variety of Nikki Beach signature dining options,”.

Originally conceived in the 70’s, the property has been fully reconverted into a supreme and modern beachfront venue.

The beachfront suites offers direct views of the Aegean Sea and have entertainment wall and over-sized bathrooms. Some suites have even private pools and decks.

The resort also offers refined  cuisine in its three restaurants and lounges and Nikki Spa services.

Greeks investors explain that “what we wanted to do was not to create a single hotel or a summer club, but to provide high-quality accommodation and services in the region. Our goal is to transform Porto Heli into the Greek Portofino,”.

Such a club would turn the region into a supreme deluxe resort. “Despite the fact that Greece is going through a very difficult economic period, foreigners believe that we have a good product in our possession, so they agreed to work with us,” Nikki Beach managers said highlighting that “in our country we have great weather, beautiful beaches and amazing sea and an extended summer season”.

Room availability is already limited for August and September and night rates start from 300 euros for a single room plus breakfast and exceed 1,000 euros for a suite. However, these rates are considered to be low, probably because it is the first year of operation, and it is certain that the next season rates will go up.

The resort features all the necessary facilities for water sports, a modern yacht club and a marina. Those who prefer full privacy during their vacation, they can choose a luxurious summer residence which provides both autonomy and hotel services.

Nikki Beach is a place where you can see so many famous and rich people gathered in one place, from tycoons, shipowners and businessmen to Hollywood stars, singers and models.

“The parties organized at Nikki Beach club are the most glamorous parties ever,” said John Kiskinis, who is a world famous party organizer based in New York. Moreover, the parties organized at Nikki Beach of Saint Tropez are often attended by many Greek famous and rich people, such as Stavros and Eugenia Niarchos, shipowner Giorgos Economou and Yiannis Koustas, etc.

At Nikki Beach of Saint Tropez there is a crescendo of Champagne corks popping and champagne consumption is the higher recorded in any place. Moët and Cristal champagne, valued around 15,000 euros per bottle, come in big boxes every day.
