Ingredients

For the salad

300g. watermelon in cubes or balls
10 cherry tomatoes
1 cubed cucumber
a few mint leaves ( whole and chopped)

For cheese balls
150g. sliced feta cheese
½ tsp. sweet honey
1-2 tsp. yogurt
1 good pinch of mint
70g. sesame

For the peppermint oil
1 tbsp of olive oil of exceptional quality
a few mint leaves
vinegar
salt and pepper

Preparation method

Step 1

Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without fat, stirring every so often to avoid burning. When you get a golden color empty in an empty dish and allow to cool down.

step 2

Meanwhile scratch the tomatoes and pour in boiling water for a few seconds. Drain in colander and place them under running water to cool. Then peel and leave aside to cool completely.

step 3

Produce the cheese balls by mixing all the ingredients without the sesame seeds. Conjure up the mixture into small balls and after leaving them in the fridge for a while, roll them onto the sesame.

step 4

Prepare the mint oil by mixing the ingredients in a multi.

step 5

Mix in bowl the peeled tomatoes with cubes or balls of watermelon, cucumber, the cheese balls and spearmint leaves. Just before serving, pour the oil of spearmint.
