New video-shock : Jihadists beheaded a Lebanese soldier

The unlucky man has been identified as Ali al-Sayyed, a Sunni Muslim from northern Lebanon

Newsroom August 30 07:12

With yet another video of incredible ferocity, which posted on YouTube, the jihadists of the Islamic State are trying to spread terror and fear in the West and show how they are determined to continue the bloody action.

The new audiovisual material was published by the same Islamists, illustrating in the most gruesome manner beheading a soldier from Lebanon.

The unlucky man was among the 19 soldiers who were captured by Islamic extremists earlier this month.

The soldier, who has been identified as Ali al-Sayyed, a Sunni Muslim from northern Lebanon, appears with his eyes covered, his hands tied behind his back, resisting and kicking, while a fighter announces that he would execute him .

Indeed, a few hours after the execution, the Islamic State posted another Internet video that displays nine other soldiers from Lebanon begging  for their lives, calling their families to take to the streets in the next three days to request release of Islamist prisoners as a condition not to have the fate of al-Sayyed.

Although the Lebanese army did not comment but security sources and sources from the Islamic State confirmed the latter heading.

And all this, only a few hours after publishing two more horrific videos: one by killing a Kurdish soldier and the other with the beheading of four men in Egypt, which the Islamists accused gave information to the Israeli troops.

The nine soldiers from Lebanon beg for their lives in the video.
