Ingredients
1 sheet of dough Kourou or puff pastry
some olive oil
400g. grated yellow cheese like gouda or emmental
1 tsp. black sesame
Preparation method
step 1
Preheat oven to 180ºC.
step 2
Grease the bottom of an oblong cake pan.
step 3
Spread sheet along, leaving the edges protrude.
step 4
Divide the cheese on the sheet. fold the edges well and close the visor.
step 5
Oil the surface, sprinkle with sesame or black sesame and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden .
step 6
Serve the pie warm or cold as a snack.
