Beautiful waterfalls in Greece

Tourists can combine their visit with other activities, such as hiking, climbing and kayaking, but also swimming

Newsroom September 2 11:17

Greece waterfalls are one of the most unknown attractions in a country which is more known for its ancient ruins and monuments and its beautiful islands with marvellous beaches.

However, Greece boasts many magnificent waterfalls in mainland Greece and on islands, too bewitching the visitors. Tourists can combine their visit with other activities, such as hiking, climbing and kayaking, but also swimming. During summer the clear cool water of the small natural lakes and natural swimming pools formed by the waterfalls challenge tourists for a swim.

Greece has many waterfalls which are all worth visiting during summer, autumn or even winter, since the landscape would be totally different.

See below some of the most beautiful waterfalls and make sure you will include them to your first or next trip to Greece.
