Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have a Pre-nuptial contract with an ironclad adultery clause that means that if one of them cheats, then there’s going to be a high price.

They signed the pact before exchanging vows following encouragement by their lawyers so that their assets remain intact in the case of adultery.

A source told Star Magazine that if Brad is unfaithful then Angelina will get primary custody of the six children and their joint assets will be put into a trust for their children. They reportedly have a joint estimated value of US$460 million.

It’s an ironic ironclad clause bearing in mind that Angelina was accused of being the reason for Brad’s breakup with Jennifer Aniston in 2005.
