Heartbreaking last goodbye to the three Marines

Family, friends and colleagues said goodbye with a silent applause while singing the National Anthem to the 34 year old Anastasios Mezalas, 33year old Giorgos Orphanidis and 19 year old Fotis Andrikopoulos

With military honors the funerals of the three Marines who lost their lives in a military exercise.
Family, friends and colleagues said goodbye with a silent applause while singing the National Anthem to the 34 year old Anastasios Mezalas, 33year old Giorgos Orphanidis and 19 year old Fotis Andrikopoulos.
Heartbreaking last goodbye to the three unfortunate young men in their home towns from their families, friends, colleagues and many people who felt the need to be present.
When their coffins covered with the blue and white flag came out of the church everyone gave a loud applause, paying the final respects.
The three victims of the accident will be awarded the Medal of Countryside Act by the Minister of National Defence Mr. Dimitris Avramopoulos.
