Foodies in Chicago will have the opportunity to taste traditional Greek dishes and drinks at KOUZINA, the highly anticipated annual Greek food and wine event which will take place on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago’s Greektown.
This year, the National Hellenic Museum has formed an exciting partnership with Paramount Events to create a “Twist on the Classics” giving popular chefs the freedom to create culinary offerings using traditional Greek ingredients and flavors. Attendees at Kouzina fundraiser, which aims at supporting all the new National Hellenic Museum exhibitions and educational programs will have the opportunity to enjoy these original creations while helping the organization.
Esteemed author, Diane Kochilas will be on hand signing copies of her latest book, “Ikaria: Food, Life and Longevity from the Greek Island Where People Forget to Die”.
