According to an article published by Russian newspaper Trust, Russian Lawmaker Yelena Borisovna Mizoulina made a strange proposal during a discussion regarding the issue of fertility and Russia.

More specifically, the Chairwoman Of Parliamentary Commission on Women’s affairs, Children and Family who is famous for her strange ideas, has introduced to the State Duma a bill that proposes the creation of a military and political elite in Russia by using President Vladimir Putin’s sperm!

“The essence of my proposition is simple”, Ms Mizoulina said. “Every female citizen of Russia will receive by mail the genetic material of the President, in order to get pregnant from him and have a baby. These mothers will receive a special allowance from the Russian state.”

If the child is a boy, Ms Mizoulina has already mapped out his future: “He will have to be given to be raised into the special institutions that resemble Souvorov Schools, so that he will grow to be loyal to the Motherland and to the President of Russia.”

“Children born from Vladimir Putin in the future will form the military and political elite of the country,” Ms. Mizoulina reportedly said.
