Holistic Health Counselor Rachel Thomas from Costa Rica is in Greece for a healing weekend for men and women on November 29 and just for women on November 30.

November 29: The event is for men and women and offers a presentation of traditioanl healing practices of latin America known as Curanderismo. The introductory course offers a presentation of this wellness system’s cultural roots, philosophy, cultural sustainability, methodology, herbalism, bodywork, teaching through stories and much more. It takes place from 2pm to 5 pm and culminates with a pipe ceremony at 5 pm and a shared meal at 6 pm.

November 30: Women’s Moon Medicine is presented to offer amazing world ancient remedies for improving the menstruation experience. Learn how to use natural healing tools such as plants, massage, movement, hydrotherapy and food medicine to reduce menstrual cramps and heal the reproductive system naturally. Takes place from 10am to 2pm.
