Spinach...is the vegetable that dissolves cancer, diabetes, hypertension and asthma

 Fresh spinach gives energy and super strength. Popeye’s favorite food is  may not know is packed with vitamins and nutrients for a healthy life.

Spinach shields our body against the most severe disease, such as diabetes, cancer, asthma and hypertension.

Due to its high content of potassium, spinach is once again highly recommended to people with high blood pressure, since it can eliminate the effects of sodium in the human body.

The low or inadequate intake of potassium can be an important high risk factor for blood pressure equivalent to the high sodium intake.
